Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, required documents, brand assets, policies, credentials, hosting access, payment details, and timely feedback needed to complete the build.

AI assistants can help answer questions and automate workflows, but important business, legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions should be reviewed by a qualified human operator.

Projects are billed in two milestones: 50% advance payment to begin work, and the remaining 50% due on completion and handoff. Accepted payment methods are confirmed in writing before the project starts. Work will not begin until the advance is received, and final deliverables are not released until the balance is paid in full. Invoices, due dates, and payment status may be tracked through the admin panel and customer portal when enabled.

Once work has begun on a project, payments are non-refundable. This reflects the time, infrastructure, and resources committed from the first milestone onward. If AI Invention is unable to deliver the agreed scope, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables built specifically for their project — the website, configured AI agent, and related custom assets. AI Invention retains ownership of its underlying tools, frameworks, automation scripts, and proprietary methods used to build and operate those deliverables, and may reuse them for other clients.

AI Invention is not liable for the behavior, output, or downtime of third-party AI models (including but not limited to OpenAI, Claude, DeepSeek, or Kimi) used within a deployed agent. AI-generated responses should be reviewed by a human operator for business-critical decisions. AI Invention's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

The first 30 days of maintenance after delivery are included at no extra cost, covering uptime checks, bug fixes, and minor adjustments. After the initial 30 days, ongoing maintenance is $49/month and includes uptime and performance checks, prompt and knowledge updates from new documents, bug fixes, VPS security patches, Telegram connectivity support, and a monthly usage summary. New feature development, new integrations, new data sources outside the approved scope, content writing, and 24/7 phone support are not included.

Clients should protect passwords, API keys, VPS credentials, admin access, and customer portal credentials. Production deployments should use strong secrets and limited access.
